VIP Club Friend Finder

Problem context :
You've found a night club that you love. You'd like to get to know some other other people in there. It might even just be to increase your circle of friends especially if you are new to the city. Thing is the music is so loud and don't want to resort to "can I buy you a drink" or "cool music huh."
Clubs want to recruit loyal members. They want to you buy a VIP ticket and give you discount entry. Does that really buy you loyalty though?
Proposed Solution :
When you sign up with the club you fill in a quick questionairre that finds out if you are single and looking, just wanna be friends, outdoors type, shopping and movies etc. This is coded onto a cool RFID keyring / dogtag / armband with the clubs logo. With 4 leds going from red through amber to double green you quickly know if your perfect match is standing beside you.
Active RFID tags cost about $10, basic electronics another $5-10. The club would also need to be able to program the cards based on the questionairre so would need a pc and peripheral to write to the cards. Or there would be a kiosk in the club where club VIPs could change their "intentions" for the night (for a small fee).
Welcome to the non-confrontational world of mobile phone texting and the VIP friend finder.
