Problem context :
Outside, on terasse, in the garden, in a park, by a beautifull sunntday, want de use my laptop outside but nowhere to connect it to electricity
Proposed Solution :
An umbrella with sun sensor, big one for terasse, small one for park, electricity for my laptop/ipod everywhere : autonomy, green energy and mobility

You use an umbrella when it rains, what is the use of a sun sensor? When it's sunny, it looks odd to open an umbrella.

There are already a number of solar panel type devices on the market http://www.solio.com/v2/ (very portable but not for a lap top really) http://store.sundancesolar.com/ (here are a whole bunch of options.) Solar cells are still pretty expensive things. Trick is to skip from home to car to office to airplane etc and rely on the battery between times. Otherwise buy another battery as a spare.
