Turn signal blinkers for people

Problem context :
Anyone who lives in a crowded city knows that people have absolutely no idea about properly moving through the streets. People meander, make sudden turns, decide they're going to make a u-turn when you're close on their heels. So I propose making a backpack with turn signal lights on the back. You could activate it with a button or maybe even your iPod.
