Portable Wireless Monitor

Problem context :
laptops are expensive. Desktops are more upgradable, but not portable. Tablet laptops cost even more and are too thick to carry around like a clip board. If we can broadcast TV in hi def there is no reason we can't narrowcast a monotor's input.
Proposed Solution :
If you take a simple thin LCD screen like in existing laptops and tablets, then add a battery and wireless capability, it gives the user more mobility, battery life, and takes up less space. The hard drive, motherboard, and memory don't need to all be with you. All you need to see is the input (touch screen) and output. this device can function as the most portable and functional moble computer yet. You could even sell it as a standalone and rent computer time on servers to function as a fully internet based PC.

A company called Teradici makes the software that would enable this, but over much longer distances--up to 2000 miles. it would be cool to take your wireless screen anywhere and run things off a data center
