Connectable Flash Drives

Problem context :
Carrying around a Flash drive is great, but what if you want to give a file to someone when you are away from the computer?
Proposed Solution :
This proposal is for a USB Flashdrive that has can be connected to a like USB Flashdrive, and automatically transfer files between them without the need of a computer. If a file is not found on one of the drives, it is copied across. If a both drives have the same file, then the latest version is copied. This would be an extremely effective way of swapping flies, music, data, pictures, latest stock prices, or anything elese when you meet someone out of the office.

our partner (IPW group) has already developped such product for a customer. The issue for that customer was to sell this concept to distributor/retailers who were not really interested. So let, the best would be to have a lot of potential customer to show to a retailers concrete proof that there is a market.
