A device for measure radiation across the Earth

Problem context :
Radiation can be a problem for everyone. It's important to know what place is dangerous due to radiation.
Proposed Solution :
It would be great to have a small device which will be able to measure radiation and coordinates on a map to make a gloabl radiation map for the whole Earth.
People can take this device everywhere to make a global map.
Every measure has a date&time, radiation level and coordinates from GPS.
From time to time people can save data from their devices (by aplying it to USB or Wifi), or devices wil save data automaticaly when will be inside free WiFi area.
All data will stored in global database and everyone can loo at the realtime map of radiation.
We'll save health and lifes :)
