Are you paranoid that someone has set up hidden cameras either in your home or somewhere you frequently go? Well now you can find out with this useful and small gadget called the LongScan Long range hidden camera detector. Just simply use the optical glass viewer which displays flashing red light beams and has 2 pulsating lasers that detect these cameras up to 50 feet away! So if you’re looking for a great gift this holiday season this might be worth the $340 after all.

This is one of the few long distance scanners that uses a laser instead of LED’s. Most LED based bug detectors are only good up to 10 feet, or 3 meters. When we tried the lower priced LED based scanners, you really can’t see the flash of the camera lens.
With this laser scanner, you can see them on the distance, and if security is a concern, it’s worth the extra price. Otherwise get a cheaper one, though you have to be very close to use them.
