We’re happy to announce you that we have added a new feature on each idea. Basically, you will find a MindMap for each idea like the one below.

this feature will ease the reading and understanding of each idea. For the moment, only the digital wall calendar idea is having this feature but we will extend it very soon to each idea.

Thanks to disable the pop-up blocker in order to allow hyperlink within the mind map.

We have added a new facility, the IDEA ENGINE, in order to extend and improve the possibilities of the brainstorming which takes place on IDEAVOX. The IDEA ENGINE is complementary to IDEAVOX; here is an explanation of the differences:

• IDEAVOX helps in the submission of ideas in order to attract the most important audience as a result of its « digg » like system. It’s possible to describe an idea or submission but we recommend not adding too many details otherwise people may be a little put off. Generally speaking they are more attracted to a clear definition. We could describe IDEAVOX as a way of creating teasers for the ideas and submissions in order to obtain rapid real time feedback.
  • Registration to the IDEAVOX is HERE.

• The IDEA ENGINE has been put in place as a means to add details to your idea for people who are interested. It also helps organising the submissions so as to increase the clarity and in attracting the most suitable resources to work on the project. In this way, it will greatly improve the overall discussion about the ideas.

• NB. We do apoligize for the inconvience due to the double registration. We’re currently working on this issue.

Please note that a Moderator will be chosen for each idea forum. They will have the task of both sorting and assessing the contributions to the IDEA ENGINE based on the feedback received from the IDEA ENGINE and the IDEAVOX. Naturally by default, the moderator will be the initial submitter of the given idea.

Dear CrowdSpirit community members,

I’m very happy to announce from San Francisco that CrowdSpirit has been officially launched at the Techcrunch40 event. Just to remind you, this event is organized by Michael Arrington, Jason Calacanis and Heather Harde. The format is simple: Forty of the hottest new startups from all around the World announce and demo their products over a two day period at this major event. In total, there were almost to 700 submissions from 26 different countries and as the name suggests, only 40 were retained. This afternoon, I have presented CrowdSpirit in front of major media companies (check here).

Thanks once again for your wonderful support. We can now look forward to the next stage of our venture: the launch of our first product !
